Why??

Why do I do things like this? I knew I should have taken today off. Relaxed, let my legs recover, but I was feeling “blah” and hoped a run would help. It was all going fine until the last .10th mile. Then I pushed to hard and felt a twinge in my calf. I’m taking off until Friday or Saturday. It’s been a while since I’ve taken any length of time off, so this will probably do me good. Why, why, why………
